We’re Starting the School Year with Support & Encouragement!
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rockland County was thrilled to be selected by Meeting Professionals International Greater New York Chapter as the recipient of their Community Social Responsibility Action Project.
As part of this wonderful initiative, participants filled backpacks with much-needed school supplies for our youth and created a special Shelf of Encouragement for our agency to share with our Littles throughout the year.
Participants also had the opportunity to hear firsthand from one of our Bigs, Littles, and Parents, who shared how much of an impact the Big Brothers Big Sisters program has had on their lives.
These generous donations will help our Littles and their families begin the new school year prepared, supported, and encouraged.
