Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rockland extends heartfelt appreciation to the National Council of Jewish Women for providing camp scholarship opportunities to several Littles (mentees) participating in our 1-to-1 community mentoring program. The chance for these children to attend summer camp gave them a summer that they will never, ever forget! Big Sister, Colleen and Little Sister, Richely, have just celebrated their 3 year match anniversary!! To celebrate, they went to eat pizza and then to the movies afterwards! The two saw Wonder Woman and they really enjoyed themselves !! Our Big Brothers Big Sisters organization wishes to give a BIG CONGRATULATIONS to them both on their anniversary and we look forward to hearing about other wonderful match activities!

Big Brother Ryan teaches his Little Brother Matthew how to change a car tire. They have done activities such as driving Go-Karts at the Palisades Mall and going to a Brooklyn Nets game! It is so rewarding seeing Bigs teaching their Littles skills that they can use throughout their lives!!
